Ad-Aware coupled with AVG or Norton Anti-Virus will keep your computer virtually free of any malicious software. The only hole is a brand new virus or adware, and even then the developers of these pieces of soft put out new virus/adware definitions to stop even new malicious soft. Its a real must have.
