This piece of software is an incredibly useful free paint replacement. Where paint is a simplistic picture editing program, Paintstar is an extremely advanced program in a simple interface, with a very small setup file. It has many very advanced features. It is a wonderful piece of soft, absolutely deserving of anyones download.
