The Yahoo IM client is a very decent piece of chatting software. In features it is second only to MSN. The only reason to use it over any of the other IM clients is simply who you are trying to chat with. Overall it is a very usuable client, i use it when i need to. I would say you should download it simply to save yourself time in the future, when you want to chat with someone who has only this. you can get it here.
